1. General
Quelris ("Quelris," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Qriple service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, transfer, and protect personal information in connection with Qriple and related support, billing, and account operations.
We process personal information lawfully, fairly, and securely to provide the service, protect user rights, and comply with applicable privacy and data protection requirements, including Korean privacy law and other rules that may apply depending on the user’s location.
This Privacy Policy applies when you create an account, sign in with a supported provider, use AI or web-search-related features, contact support, purchase or renew a paid plan, request cancellation or a refund, or otherwise interact with Qriple.
2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information depending on how you use the service.

4. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law.
Once the collection or use purpose has been achieved, we delete or anonymize the relevant information without undue delay unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. International Transfer of Personal Information
Because Qriple relies on global cloud, authentication, AI, search, and billing providers, personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed outside Korea, including in the United States and other jurisdictions in which our providers operate.
Depending on the feature being used, we may transfer prompts, conversation content, uploaded files and images, generated outputs, search queries and related result summary information, account identifiers, social login identifiers, billing contact information, order or subscription status, refund status, and transaction identifiers.

8. Deletion of Personal Information
When personal information is no longer necessary because the retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been fulfilled, we delete or destroy it without undue delay, except where continued retention is required by law.
