Refund Policy

Last updated: April 19, 2026

1. Current billing availability

Qriple may offer self-serve paid billing through an authorized merchant-of-record checkout. Polar is the current checkout/payment processor for available self-serve paid billing. When checkout is available, the purchase flow will identify the billing provider, renewal cadence, cancellation path, and any applicable tax details before payment.

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase method, the purchase record, the scope of service access already granted, and any mandatory local-law protections that apply.

2. Refund windows

Any refund review depends on the purchase method, the scope of service access already provided, and applicable local law. Where a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right applies, eligibility can vary by product type, renewal status, and whether digital content or service access has already started.

Eligible consumers may request a refund within 14 days in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, the UK, Turkey, or Israel, within 7 days in South Korea, Brazil, China, or Canada, or within 5 days in Singapore, measured from the relevant transaction or renewal date.

If the product is faulty, not as described, or delivery fails or is unreasonably delayed, local consumer rights may also apply.

3. Cancellation and plan changes

Unless local law or the checkout terms say otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and your access continues through the end of the current paid term.

If you need help with an active subscription, billing issue, or entitlement correction, contact support below and include any transaction details you have.
