Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of Qriple. Qriple is operated by Quelris ("Company," "we," "us"), and by accessing or using the service you agree to comply with applicable law and these terms.

You must not use Qriple for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or security-violating activity. You are responsible for the prompts, files, and other content you submit through the service.

2. Third-party services

Qriple relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, optional identity providers such as Google, supported AI model providers' native web search services, and AI model providers or gateways such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, and xAI.

Service availability, latency, and output quality may depend on those third-party services. Optional features may also rely on third-party services such as Google for social sign-in and supported AI model providers' native web search services for web search. Where a third-party provider presents separate terms directly to you, those terms may also apply to the relevant part of the service.

3. Billing and refunds

Qriple may offer self-serve paid billing through an authorized merchant-of-record checkout. Polar is the current checkout/payment processor for available self-serve paid billing. When checkout is available, the applicable purchase flow, billing cadence, renewal terms, cancellation path, provider terms, and any applicable tax details will be shown before you complete payment.

If you have account-specific billing or access issues, contact support with the relevant transaction details. Local consumer rights and mandatory law may also apply depending on your jurisdiction and the circumstances of the purchase.
